Data Potection

It is no longer necessary to obtain written consent to hold members' details, but Societies should fully inform their members of the following points: -

1. Members details will be processed fairly and lawfully and in accordance with the Society's legitimate activities

2. Members details will be disclosed to NADFAS and to other Member Societies, Area, or organisations affiliated to NADFAS or the Society

(Members shall also notify any change of address to the Society)
