Programme Secretaries' annual meeting

All society programme secretaries are urged to attend.
If unable to do so, a suitable deputy should be nominated from your society committee.
Study day sceretaries were also included this year and this seemed to be welcome and successful.

The recent meeting was on Friday 2 October 2009 at the Fingle Glen Golf Hotel. (Tedburn St Mary, Exeter EX6 6AF tel: 01647 61817)

Coffee from 10 am was followed promtly at 10:30 by the main meeting, all in the Hogan Suite upstairs.

The meeting finished at 12:40 and was followed by an enjoyable buffet lunch and the chance to meet each other and chat.

The next meeting will be at 10:30 on Friday 8 October 2010 and will follow a similar form, with the addition of a visiting speaker. We hope to finish the review of lectures by 12:15 if possible. The speaker will then speak and answer questions and the buffet lunch will follow at about 12:45. There will also be a simultaneous meeting for study day, visits and tours secretaries in the adjacent room who will join the programme secretaries at 12:15 to hear the speaker and then have lunch.
