FOCUS FORWARD: NADFAS 2006
This paper sets out the strategic directions agreed by the Trustee Board to provide a coherent but prudent and cost-effective policy for developing NADFAS as the Association approaches the 40th Anniversary of its formation. Trustees recognise that in addition to these strategic aims, there are natural overriding principles to which any charity must commit; such as the maintenance of high standards in relation to governance and a stable and healthy financial position.
