Young Arts Area Discussion Forum 2009

Friday April 24th 2009 at 10.00 (coffee) for 10.30am (TBC)

at Drewe Arms, Drewsteignton, EX6 6QZ (near Castle Drogo & 10 minutes from A30) Tel 01647 281224

(Directions From the A30 west bound exit to Cheriton Bishop, Drewsteignton and Castle Drogo. Turn left at Crockenwell, and follow the signs to Drewsteignton
 
From the A38 take A382 through Bovey Tracey and Moretonhampstead, turn right at Sandy Park.  Continue past Castle Drogo and follow the signs to Drewsteignton.)

The Discussion Forum has now become a format for this annual area meeting giving all representatives  from our 21 societies an opportunity to share their successes and difficulties.

Coffee will be served before the meeting at 10.00 a.m. and there will be lunch after the meeting. I would like to encourage everyone who can to stay. It is a very good time for catching up with colleagues.

If you are able to attend please complete the form below and return it together with a cheque for

£6-45 (for soup and bread lunch with coffee on arrival) or (TBC)

£8.45 (for a selection of platters, with coffee on arrival.)

Cheques to be made out to NADFAS SW Area, if you require lunch.  If you are not attending please send in your report showing what you will be doing this year with your reply.

Please pay for your own coffee after lunch if required (£1.50). 

If you have any topic that you would like added to the agenda please let me know in good time.
